Event/Course Description

In the workshop titled EuroCC@Turkey ABC's of Molecular Dynamics Simulation Studies, which will be held on September 29-30, 2022 with the cooperation of TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and ITU-UHEM, training and applications will be carried out on the following subjects:

  • MD Simulation Software Case Study: Protein Preparation
  • Case Study: Initial Analysis/Potential errors Case Study: Protein Minimization/Stabilization Result analysis/Possible errors
  • Case Study: MD Simulation Harness
  • Case Study: Analysis of MD Simulation Results
