We live in a world where the amount of data is rapidly increasing. This allows us to make rapid progress in humanity, but the data needs to be obtained, properly analysed, presented, shared and, of course, used. This is a big challenge. As part of the seminar, we will present how to use the tools of the Jupyter project and the Galaxy platform. We will also illustrate the process with a practical example and include good practices of open science.
