The University Computing Centre (SRCE), as the coordinator of the Croatian Competence Centre for HPC (NCC Croatia), in cooperation with its partners, announces the third edition of the Croatian HPC Competence Centre Day, which will be held on November 11-12, 2025 at SRCE, J. Marohnića 5, Zagreb.
The two-day event provides participants with the opportunity to take part in a hands-on workshop, learn about the latest trends and applications of HPC technologies in various sectors, and engage in discussions and networking with key stakeholders from the HPC, HPDA, and AI domains.
The program features a round table discussion on the HPC landscape in Europe and Croatia, highlighting key initiatives and strategic perspectives. It also presents real-world use cases showcasing the impact of high-performance computing in healthcare, cybersecurity, and industry, followed by a panel "HPC for a stronger digital and AI sovereignty".
During November 12 2025, participants will have the opportunity to request a 30-minute individual consultation with HPC experts. When registering, please describe the topic you wish to discuss. Based on your request, a suitable expert from the Croatian HPC Competence Centre will be assigned to you.
Participation in the workshop and the event is free of charge, but the number of places is limited. The event will be held in Croatian.
