An organization’s information assets grow every day, spread across technical documents, client and supplier agreements, internal guidelines and working materials, and finding the right information at the right time is becoming increasingly difficult. Generative AI assistants can make this work much easier. They help companies and institutions make the most of their documentation, but only when data confidentiality and reliable answers are guaranteed.
In this context, EuroCC Italy, in collaboration with IT4LIA AI Factory, is organizing a webinar on Vectoria, the service that lets organizations build AI assistants based on their own documents and data.

The webinar will present Vectoria, a service born within EuroCC Italy and now in its second version. Vectoria lets users configure custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows: chatbots and virtual assistants that consult the organization’s internal documentation before answering. Its main features include:
- Data confidentiality: Vectoria runs on private infrastructure, so company content is never handed over to third-party platforms and stays fully under the organization’s control.
- Verifiable answers: every answer is generated from internal documents and can be traced back to its source. When the documentation is updated, the assistant adapts without the model needing to be retrained.
- Scalability: the service can start on a simple workstation or on local servers with open-source components, and scale up to high-performance computing (HPC) systems when document volumes require it.
Vectoria is the result of the collaboration between EuroCC Italy and IT4LIA AI Factory. It was born from the expertise of the National Competence Centre for HPC and has grown thanks to the AI Factory’s resources and use cases. Together, the two projects are making artificial intelligence and high-performance computing more accessible to Italian businesses.

- SMEs: they can start with modest infrastructure and open-source components, testing an AI assistant on their own documents without a large upfront investment.
