End to End AI With Matlab

Researchers, engineers, and AI practitioners are invited to join the online workshop "Unlocking the Power of End-to-End AI Systems with MATLAB" on 14 September 2026, from 15:00 to 18:00 EEST.

Organised in collaboration with the Latvian HPC Competence Centre (NCC Latvia) and MathWorks, the workshop will demonstrate how MATLAB simplifies the development of end-to-end AI workflows, from data preparation and machine learning to deep learning and large-scale computations on High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Efficiently preprocess and manage engineering data using MATLAB applications.
  • Build and evaluate machine learning models with little or no coding.
  • Develop deep learning solutions using low-code approaches.
  • Scale AI workloads by connecting MATLAB to HPC clusters.
  • Integrate MATLAB and Python workflows for enhanced flexibility and productivity.
  • Apply these techniques through real-world use cases and success stories.

The session will be led by Akhil Gopinath, Senior AI Liaison for the EMEA region at MathWorks. Akhil collaborates with leading AI experts from academia and industry and brings extensive experience in process modelling, autonomous systems, advanced analytics, and AI-driven innovation.

This workshop is designed for research scholars and professionals seeking practical tools to accelerate AI development, improve collaboration across platforms, and efficiently scale computational workloads for advanced research.

Date: 14 September 2026
Time: 15:00–18:00 EEST
Speaker: Akhil Gopinath, Senior AI Liaison – EMEA, MathWorks
