Data is everywhere, increasingly large and complex, coming from various sources such as computers, mobile devices, sensors and social networks. This data is creating new needs and emerging applications that require advanced techniques related to various domains such as Big data, semantic web, internet of things, analytics and data science etc. It is about managing large, dynamic and varied data that can be linked by complex relationships. The classic functionalities of traditional enterprise information systems are inadequate and insufficient to meet these needs effectively. They need to be extended to provide innovative solutions to address the complexity and diversity of data, distributed architectures and system interrelationships. TRAINING OFFER 20172021 The objective of the BD-IA pathway is to train specialists capable of mastering new generations of tools for the design of adequate and efficient solutions to explore, manage and process complex data whether it be traditional data or massive, heterogeneous and distributed data. The master includes the modules necessary for the study of advanced information systems adapted to the types of data to be managed, but also the set of tools and environments allowing the development of applications accessing these data. It also includes modules for mastering certain artificial intelligence techniques for representing and manipulating the semantics associated with data and for learning and determining the relationships inherent in this data.
