Topic: De novo peptide design with RFdiffusion a generative model

Overview:  This course aims to demonstrate how RFdiffusion can be used to generate peptides binding to target proteins.

  • Introduction on RFdiffusion method
  • How to install RFdiffusion on UHEM
  • Running RFdiffusion on sample proteins
  • Interpretation of the results
