The CSC Cloud Computing Fundamentals is a training course that provides the know-how required to efficiently use CSC’s cloud, which mainly includes computing resources such as virtual machines, containers and, object storage in a scalable, automated, and on-demand fashion. The target audience for this course includes graduate students, researchers, and IT professionals who aim to build and manage their research and education infrastructure and IT solutions in the cloud.
The course is planned to be organized as an online event following the latest recommendations related to the current COVID-19 situation. You will receive your participation link a few days before the course.
To succeed in this course, trainees should be familiar with basic operating systems and networking concepts. Some familiarity with the Linux command line, web servers, and text editors is also necessary.
