The focus of the entry-level workshop will be on the KIFÜ's new supercomputer, Komondor. The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with the essential basics of using the new cluster in a short, hands-on event. During the event, we will jointly review the hardware and software environment of the machine, connectivity and data movement options, the use of the SLURM scheduler, available compilers, and how to compile and run multi-threaded, multi-processing or GPU-based programs.
