This webinar will expose the different facets of the software stack developed by the IO-SEA project. It will provide training on the following:

  • Object storage on disks and tapes
  • Hierarchical Storage Management applied to object store
  • ephemeral IO services with a focus on
    • tools to export object store as NFS shares
    • on-demand burst buffers
    • accessesvia the Amazon S3 porotocol
  • users' point of view and workflow management
  • monitoring of the whole system
